Dr Kreit takes the time to talk to you and find out all your problems. Not like most doctors just ran you in and run you out. He really cares about his patients. The staff is amazing they treat us like their family. I started taking care of my mom a few months ago. They took her as a new patient and they take great care of her. She is elderly and has a few health care problems but they have managed to get her feeling better and doing so much better now. I can’t say enough about Dr. Mark and the staff. Blessed they take great care of me and my family.

I had an appt for 1pm. It was 1:40 before I was called. I would understand if he was super busy, but there were not many patients AND he spent less than 3 minutes with me. I had to stop him talking fast so I could express a concern. I don't think he even paid attention because he told me if it keeps happening to come back. Why do I need to wait? I have never felt less cared for by a doctor.

I have enjoyed the entire staff at the center. They feel like family to me. I have not had any issues regarding their service and care. First it was my husband Mr Beck and I of which a patient refer us to Dr Mark Kreit. Then as we have been going and had to move to my daughters. She and her husband started going to him. If you don’t mind the 30 minute drive to his office from Humble, Texas , they are the best.
